Heathwall Quay

Heathwall Quay is a new public space on the south bank of the Thames. It restores a continuous Thames Path here for the first time, where pedestrians were once diverted inland. By reopening this area, it reconnects people with the river. Visitors can enjoy views upstream toward Battersea and downstream to Vauxhall.

Enhancing the surrounding area
The project delivers wider enhancements to the surrounding area, such as the safeguarded Middle Wharf. This now includes upgraded boundary treatments for the pumping station. The high-quality architectural fencing boosts security and visual appeal.
