A riverside tribute to Putney’s rowing past
To celebrate Putney’s rich heritage, several public artworks are now part of the space. These include bronze handrails made from oars, a bronze marker for the University Boat Race start line, and timber benches. The benches are placed along the river edge, creating a perfect spot to pause and enjoy the view.
