Independent Non-Executive Director

Appointed March 2025.

Andrew has deep knowledge of delivering complex infrastructure projects and programs. This includes both across the UK and internationally. He has over 35 years of experience in delivering projects and leading businesses.

He was the CEO of Balfour Beatty Plc. In 2021, he joined AWE Plc's Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director. In 2023, he took the role of Executive Director with AWE. Andrew established the direction and structure. He also secured funding for the capital investment program through 2025.
