Sustainable financing

View the sustainable financing framework for the TWUL group. This includes Thames Water Utilities Limited and Thames Water Utilities Finance PLC. 

Our sustainable financing framework supports water and wastewater recycling projects. These include sustainable management of natural resources, land use and climate adaptation.  

Three types of sustainable financing instruments can be issued under this framework:  

  1. Green bonds/loans  
  2. Social bonds/loans  
  3. Sustainability bonds
