Waste flooding disclaimer

Not all sewer flooding is caused by issues within our sewers. If we find that there’s an issue in your private sewer, we will not be permitted to clear it. To prevent further flooding, please try to avoid using appliances that use water. 

We'll investigate and if our sewer has caused the flooding, we'll carry out a cleanup. This includes litter picking, removing excess liquid, washing down and disinfecting. We'll try to do this on our first visit but may need to arrange a further visit. In the meantime, we recommend you contact your home insurance as they may be able to offer more help.
