No water or low pressure

Update – 08:58 22/06/2026
We’re pleased to confirm that the repair to the broken water pipe has been successfully completed. Your water supply should now be restored. You may notice lower pressure initially but this will improve as it continues to build in the area.
If you live in a block of flats, you may need to contact your managing agent to come out and reset your internal pumps if you're still experiencing issues with your supply.
Often when your water returns it may be discoloured at first (rusty, white or milky in colour), this is normal – for further guidance on what to do when you experience this and other issues following an incident, please see our After An Incident Guide.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
Overview - 11:20 21/06/2026
We're sorry if your tap water isn't running as normal. We're aware of a leak on Brondesbury Park, NW6, which is affecting water supplies in the area.
Our teams have assessed the leak and are continuing to manage the network to help keep water flowing. Due to the location of the leak, the repair has been planned for this evening to allow the work to be carried out safely and with the least possible disruption to the local area.
While this work is ongoing, you may experience low water pressure or temporary interruptions to your water supply. We're doing everything we can to minimise disruption, including using water tankers to support the local network while we prepare for the repair.
We know how disruptive it is if you lose your water supply, so we’ll work hard to get things back to normal as soon as we can.
If you or someone you know needs a little extra support, our free Priority Services Register can help us to understand your situation so we can take it into account as best we can.
We’ll provide another update by 09:00 tomorrow morning. Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this.
