Thames Water Utilities Limited announces results of the Fifth Consent Requests

On 10 November 2025, Thames Water Utilities Limited (“TWUL”) announced the launch of its Fifth Consent Requests. Details of the Fifth Consent Requests can be found in the Launch Announcement. 

Terms used but not otherwise defined have the meanings given to them in the Launch Announcement and Fifth Consent Requests, as applicable.

Approval of the Fifth Consent Requests

TWUL announces today (24 November 2025) that the Fifth Consent Requests have been approved.

Given the approvals above, TWUL and the Super Senior Issuer will proceed with the implementation of the consents and amendments outlined in the Fifth Consent Requests.
