Terms used but not otherwise defined have the meanings given to them in the Launch Announcement and Fifteenth Consent Requests, as applicable.
Approval of the Fifteenth Consent Requests
TWUL announces today that the Fifteenth Consent Requests have been approved.
Given the approvals above, TWUL and the Super Senior Issuer will proceed with the implementation of the consents and amendments outlined in the Fifteenth Consent Requests.
