Pay by Direct Debit

What you'll need to set up a Direct Debit

To set up a Direct Debit to pay your bills, you'll need the following:

  • A Thames Water online account
  • Bank details - account name, bank account number and sort code
  • Be authorised to set up a payment for the account. Please complete our instruction form if someone else needs to approve payments
