If you’ve had a call from 0800 622 6623, this will be our water efficiency team offering you a free appointment.
What happens during the visit
When we visit your property, we will:
- Advise you on water saving tips and potential savings
- Offer free water saving devices
- Provide a report on your water usage
- Go through energy saving tips
- Check for leaks. If any leaks are discovered at the property, we can advise if this is something we can help with for free at a later date.
How to know it’s us
When we visit your property, advisors will be wearing Thames Water branded uniforms. They will also carry a Thames Water photo ID.
