Supplies have been restored
Water supplies have now been restored following the issue with a broken pipe off Enfield Road.
Our teams have diverted water around the damaged section of pipe, allowing supplies to return to customers in the area. Some customers may notice lower pressure while we complete the remaining repair work, but this will return to normal once the network has fully recovered.
Our repair team will remain on site, with traffic management and local diversions in place so they can continue working safely. Please take extra care and follow the diversion signs if travelling through the area.

Our teams remain on site at the location of the broken pipe off Enfield Road. Once we've fully assessed the damage we'll then begin working to fix the broken pipe, sorry if your water wasn't flowing earlier today.
We've successfully diverted water around the area, which means you should now have your water supply back. You will notice the pressure is lower than usual, but this will return to normal once we've fixed the broken pipe.
To keep everyone safe, traffic management is in place and some of the road is closed, with diversions be in place. Please follow the diversions and allow additional time to any journey if you're travelling in the area. We're sorry for any delays you may experience as a result.

Our specialist teams are now on site off Enfield Road, as soon as we've assessed the damage and made the area safe, we'll then begin working to fix the broken pipe, sorry if your water isn't flowing at the moment.
We're currently working on diverting water around the area, which will bring your water supply back. We can see that some are already seeing their water return, as the pressure continues to build in the pipe, you'll see your supply return over the next few hours. The pressure will be lower, but this will return to normal once we've fixed the broken pipe.

We’re dealing with a burst pipe off Enfield Road, EN2. Sorry that your tap water isn’t flowing properly at the moment because of this.
We’re working to stop the flow of water from the burst pipe. We’ll then focus on locating the damaged section of pipe and how best to fix it.
After starting our repairs, we aim to have fixed the burst pipe within 3 hours. However, if we’re unable to return water to all our customers within 12 hours of first being aware of the supply interruption, we’ll arrange for an alternative as soon as we can. This may include opening a support station to hand out free bottled water.
We know how disruptive it is if you lose your water supply, so we’ll work hard to get things back to normal as soon as we can.
