We're still on site
We're still on site working to fix the broken water pipe in Bramshill Close. Our team has now successfully excavated down to the damaged section of pipe and is working on the repair.
Water remain diverted around the area, meaning many customers should now have their water supply back. Until the repair is complete, some customers may continue to experience lower pressure than normal, particularly during periods of higher demand.
Water tankers continue to pump additional water into the network to help maintain supplies and reduce the number of properties affected.

We're still on site working to fix the broken water pipe in Bramshill Close. We know there has been considerable localised flooding and our customer representatives are speaking to those affected. Sorry for the disruption.
Our teams have now diverted water around the area, meaning many will now see their water has now returned. Though, until the repair is complete, we must advise the pressure will be lower than normal, especially during periods of high demand.
We also have water tankers in the area, pumping additional water into the network to reduce the number of properties affected.
Often when your water returns it may be discoloured at first (rusty, white or milky in colour), this is normal. For further guidance on what to do when you experience this and other issues following an incident, please see our After An Incident Guide. You may notice the pressure is lower than before, things will return to normal once we've fixed the broken pipe.
Bottled water is already being delivered to those we know are registered as water dependent our free Priority Services Register, we'll be with you as quickly as we can.
