CR0 - Watneys Road

No water Low pressure

Last updated:

Update – 18:15 03/02/2026

We’ve completed all valve operations, and water supply should now be restored to all customers in the area. It may take a couple of hours for water pressure to return to normal, depending on where you live.

To support customers while pressure continues to recover, we’ve opened a bottled water station at IKEA Valley Retail Park, Purley Way, Croydon, CR0 4UZ. Customers can collect free bottled water from this location.

For safety reasons, please remain in your vehicle and only take what you need. Our teams on site will load the bottled water into your vehicle. The bottled water station will remain open until 21:00 this evening.

We’re sorry for the disruption and will continue to work around the clock to repair the damaged pipe.

We’ll provide a further update by 08:00 tomorrow. Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this.

At the same time, we are working to gain safe access to the damaged section of pipe so repairs can begin as soon as possible.

The affected postcodes remain: CR4, CR7 and SW16.
