We’re sorry if your tap water isn’t running as normal. We’re aware of supply issues in the GL54 postal code area.
Our specialist teams are on route to site and will work to investigate to restore normal service as quickly and safely as possible. While this work is being carried out, some customers may experience low water pressure or a temporary loss of water. We will continue this work through the day.
We know how disruptive it is if you lose your water supply, so we’ll work hard to get things back to normal as soon as we can.
