We have now set up traffic management so the repair can be carried out safely. If you're travelling through the area, please take extra care and allow additional time for your journey, as temporary traffic management is in place.

We'll shortly begin repairing the burst pipe and will continue working to restore normal supplies as quickly as possible.

You may also see our water tankers operating in the area. They're helping to support the local network and minimise disruption to customers while the repair is underway.

We know how disruptive it is to be without water and we'd like to thank you for your continued patience while we carry out these repairs.

We’re sorry if your tap water isn’t running at the moment. We’re aware of an issue affecting customers in Witney, OX29 area. 

Our specialist team is on site at Poffley End to restore the flow of your water supply. We're currently working to isolate this burst pipe and will be able to begin repairs shortly after.

We know how disruptive it is if you lose your water supply, so we’ll work hard to get things back to normal as soon as we can.
