No water Low pressure

Last updated:

Update - 14:00 21/03/2026

We’re pleased to confirm that the repair to the broken pipe in Hook Road, has been successfully completed.

Your water supply should now be restored. You may notice lower pressure initially but this will improve as it continues to build in the area.

Often when your water returns it may be discoloured at first (rusty, white or milky in colour), this is normal – for further guidance on what to do when you experience this and other issues following an incident, please see our After An Incident Guide.

If you live in a high rise block or building and remain affected. Please get in touch with your managing agent as internal pumps may need to be reset. If the above doesn't apply to you and you’re still experiencing problems with your water supply or need to report any other operational issues, please call us on 0800 316 9800Lines are open 24/7

Our work is now complete and we're sorry for any inconvenience caused.
