Our teams have now dug down and are working to fix the broken pipe in Englefield Close. We're sorry it's taking longer than normal to get things back to normal and apologise for the inconvenience. Bottled water is being delivered to all properties we know to be experiencing issues with their water supply.

We're working as quickly and safely as possible to fix things as we know how disruptive it is if you lose your water supply .

We’re sorry if your tap water isn’t flowing properly at the moment. We remain on site at Englefield Close, working to fix a broken pipe which is causing no water and low pressure to the area. Its taking longer than normal to fix, we apologise for any disruption caused.

We know how disruptive it is if you lose your water supply, so we’ll work hard to get things back to normal as soon as we can. We're delivering bottled water to those we know are affected.
