No water Low pressure

Update - 18:30 22/05/2026
We’re pleased to confirm that the site continues to improve.
Our teams remain on site as we carefully restart the network to ensure supplies return safely and steadily for all affected customers. This may take some time, you may notice lower pressure initially but this will improve as it continues to build in the area.
Often when your water returns it may be discoloured at first (rusty, white or milky in colour), this is normal – for further guidance on what to do when you experience this and other issues following an incident, please see our After An Incident Guide.
We’d like to thank customers for their patience and understanding while our teams worked to restore supplies as quickly as possible. We will provide a further update by 22:00.
Update - 16:39 22/05/2026
A power cut in the wider area caused our site to fail, which in turn affected water supplies for some customers.
Power has now been partially restored and approximately 50% of the site is back up and running, with the majority of customers now back in supply.
We are continuing to work through a number of knock-on issues affecting the remaining areas of the site, which require additional work from our specialist teams before full operations can be restored.
We’d like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding. We will provide a further update by 20:00.
Overview - 14:53 22/05/2026
We have identified an issue with one of our water treatment works in the area which in turn is affecting your water supply.
Our specialist teams are currently attending the site to investigate, repair if necessary and restore normal operations.
We know how disruptive it is if you lose your water supply, so we’ll work hard to get things back to normal as soon as we can.
If you or someone you know needs a little extra support, our free Priority Services Register can help us to understand your situation so we can take it into account as best we can.
We’d like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding. We will have a further update here for you by 18:00.
