We're continuing to work closely with UK Power Networks to restore power to a local booster station as quickly as possible. While this work continues, we've moved water around the network and deployed tankers to help maintain supplies for customers across the area.

We're also delivering bottled water to customers who are dependent on a continuous water supply.

While most customers are continuing to receive water, a small number may still experience low pressure or temporary loss of supply until power is restored. Please be assured that our teams are closely monitoring the situation and are ready to restore normal service as soon as power returns.

If you or someone you know needs a little extra support, our free Priority Services Register can help us to understand your situation so we can take it into account as best we can.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this.

We're sorry if your tap water isn't running at the moment.

We're aware of a power supply issue in the area that is affecting a local booster station, which is causing low pressure or no water for customers in N5 and the surrounding areas.

Our specialist teams are in contact with UK Power Networks, who are investigating the issue and working to restore power as soon as possible. Once power has been restored, we'll work to return water supplies to normal as quickly as we can.

We know how disruptive it is if you lose your water supply, so we’ll work hard to get things back to normal as soon as we can.

If you or someone you know needs a little extra support, our free Priority Services Register can help us to understand your situation so we can take it into account as best we can.

Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this.
