26 October, 3:42pm

Our teams remain on site and are currently working to return water supply to most of the affected properties before we can progress further on the repairs on Beulah Hill. Once this has been completed, we will dig down to the damaged section of the pipework in order to carry out the full repair.

We're expecting repairs to take place this evening to minimise disruption to the local area during the day. While this work is ongoing, some customers may experience low water pressure or no water during periods of high demand.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

We're on site

26 October, 1:10pm

Our teams are on site continuing work to repair a burst water main on Beulah Hill. Although the leak has been brought under control, a small number of properties remain without water while we plan the safest and most effective way to complete the repair.

To help minimise disruption to the local area, repair work is being arranged to take place during less busy periods.

While this work is ongoing, some customers may experience low water pressure or a temporary loss of water supply. Our teams are working to keep as many customers as possible supplied with water while repairs are completed.

We'd like to thank customers for their patience and understanding. We'll provide further updates as work progresses.

If you or someone you know needs a little extra support, our free Priority Services Register can help us to understand your situation so we can take it into account as best we can.

We are making every effort to minimise disruption and restore normal supplies as quickly as possible. We'd like to thank customers for their patience and understanding. We'll provide further updates as work progresses.

We're on site

26 October, 10:00am

Our teams on site have identified a burst main on Beulah Hill, near the junction with Downsview Road, which has resulted in flooding and causing disruption to local traffic.

We are currently awaiting the implementation of traffic management measures, including lane restrictions, to ensure the repair can be carried out safely for both our teams and road users. Once these measures are in place, our specialist repair crews will attend site later today to complete the repair.

Customers travelling through the area are advised to plan ahead, allow additional time for their journeys, and use alternative routes where possible while works are underway.

To support the repair, operational teams have already attended site, and measures have been put in place to manage the network while preparations for the excavation and repair continue.

Some customers may experience low water pressure or a loss of supply while these works are ongoing. We are making every effort to minimise disruption and restore normal supplies as quickly as possible.

If you or someone you know needs a little extra support, our free Priority Services Register can help us to understand your situation so we can take it into account as best we can.

We would like to thank customers and road users for their patience and understanding while we carry out these essential repairs.
