We still on site working to fix things

28 September, 11:25am

We're sorry if your tap water isn’t running at the moment. Our teams have located the broken pipe which is affecting your water supply.

Our teams are on site and have started to reroute water around the area, meaning those in the Surbiton area should now be seeing their water return, the pressure may be lower than normal, but this will return once we've fixed the broken pipe.

Further water is being diverted into the area, and this will help more customers once completed, but this needs to be done in a controlled and safe way as to ensure no burst pipes occur.

revised area now affected

Owing to the location of the burst, and it being a complicated repair, it's likely to take some time to fix.

We know how disruptive it is if you lose your water supply, so we’ll work hard to get things back to normal as soon as we can.

We continue to deliver bottled water to customers who are registered as water dependent on our free Priority Services Register, and will be with you as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to get things back to normal.
