We're aware that the repair to the broken pipe on Copenhagen Road is taking longer than originally anticipated.

Our specialist teams remain on site and are continuing to work as quickly and safely as possible to restore water supplies. Due to the complexity of the repair, additional work is required, and our crews will be working extended hours until the repair has been completed and water supplies have been restored to affected customers.

We recognise the impact this interruption may be having on customers and remain committed to restoring a reliable water supply as soon as possible. We will continue to provide updates as work progresses.

We're sorry if you have no water or low water pressure in the N1 area. This is due to a burst water main on Copenhagen Road. Our teams are on site carrying out repairs and working to restore supplies as quickly as possible.
