
Thames Water's 2025 Apprentices, Graduates and Interns
Potential applicants have just one week left to apply for roles on Thames Water’s 2026 apprenticeship programme, with applications closing at 23:59 on Friday 6 March.
Thames Water is recruiting for 145 apprenticeship positions, with college through to degree-level programmes available, offering potential candidates and career changers the chance to earn while they learn, gain industry recognised qualifications, and build long-term careers in essential water and wastewater services.
All Thames Water apprentices are guaranteed employment once they successfully complete their qualification.

Thames Water’s apprenticeships have no upper age limit, and the company is encouraging applications from a wide range of backgrounds, including those changing careers.
