Thames Water Utilities Limited announces results of the Twelfth Consent Requests
On 29 June 2026, Thames Water Utilities Limited (“TWUL”) announced the launch of its Twelfth Consent Requests. Details of the Twelfth Consent Requests can be found in the announcement (the “Launch Announcement”) here:
Terms used but not otherwise defined have the meanings given to them in the Launch Announcement and Twelfth Consent Requests, as applicable.
Approval of the Twelfth Consent Requests
TWUL announces today that the Twelfth Consent Requests have been approved.
Given the approvals above, TWUL and the Super Senior Issuer will proceed with the implementation of the consents and amendments outlined in the Twelfth Consent Requests.
