On 5 June 2026, Thames Water Utilities Limited (“TWUL”) announced the launch of its Eleventh Consent Requests. Details of the Eleventh Consent Requests can be found in the announcement (the “Launch Announcement”) here:
Terms used but not otherwise defined have the meanings given to them in the Launch Announcement and Eleventh Consent Requests, as applicable.
Approval of the Eleventh Consent Requests
TWUL announces today that the Eleventh Consent Requests have been approved.
Given the approvals above, TWUL and the Super Senior Issuer will proceed with the implementation of the consents and amendments outlined in the Eleventh Consent Requests.
