Terms used but not otherwise defined have the meanings given to them in the Launch Announcement and the Tenth Consent Request, as applicable.
Approval of the Tenth Consent Requests
TWUL announces today that the Tenth Consent Request has been approved.
Given the approvals above, the Super Senior Issuer will proceed with the implementation of the consents outlined in the Tenth Consent Request.
