Terms used but not otherwise defined have the meanings given to them in the Launch Announcement, Eighth Consent Requests and STID Proposal, as applicable.
Approval of the Eighth Consent Requests and STID Proposal
TWUL announces today that the Eighth Consent Requests and the STID Proposal have been approved.
Given the approvals above, TWUL and the Super Senior Issuer will proceed with the implementation of the consents and amendments outlined in the Eighth Consent Requests and the STID Proposal.
