Thames Water Utilities Limited announces results of the Sixteenth Consent Requests and STID Proposals
On 15 October 2026, Thames Water Utilities Limited (“TWUL”) announced the launch of its 16th Consent Requests and STID Proposals. Details of the 16th Consent Requests and the STID Proposals can be found in the announcement (the “Launch Announcement”) here:
Terms used but not otherwise defined have the meanings given to them in the Launch Announcement, 16th Consent Requests and STID Proposals, as applicable.
Approval of the 16th Consent Requests and STID Proposals
TWUL announces today that the 16th Consent Requests and the STID Proposals have been approved.1
Given the approvals above, TWUL and the Super Senior Issuer will proceed with the implementation of the consents and amendments outlined in the 16th Consent Requests and the STID Proposals.
1 Thames Water Limited (as Subordinated Creditor) purports that the WBS Amendments Consent is not binding on it. Notwithstanding TWL’s purported objection, the STID Proposals are binding on the Secured Creditors, the Secondary Market Guarantors and the Obligors.
