Terms used but not otherwise defined have the meanings given to them in the Launch Announcement, 14th Consent Request and STID Proposal, as applicable.
Approval of the 14th Consent Request and STID Proposal
TWUL announces today that the 14th Consent Request and the STID Proposal have been approved.
Given the approvals above, TWUL and the Super Senior Issuer will proceed with the implementation of the 14th Consent Request and the STID Proposal.
