We’ll visit the site to investigate the problem, determine the cause and decide on the best course of action. If the cause is identified within a private or third-party asset, it is they that must complete the repairs.

We’ve got a dedicated network protection team that visit catering businesses with problems linked to sewer abuse. They offer free advice and support to help these businesses improve how they manage their kitchen waste.
Everyone is responsible for helping prevent blockages caused by fats, oils, greases and food waste.
