Catherine is currently the CCW's Head of Relationship Management for household customers across England and Wales.
She and her team work with companies to put consumers are at the heart of business decisions, delivering CCW's mission to ensure people are well-informed, treated fairly and have confidence in their water services.
Catherine has been with CCW since 2008, working in consumer relations, policy and relationship management.
