The Independent Challenge Group (ICG) provides independent scrutiny and constructive challenge to Thames Water on whether the company genuinely understands, prioritises and delivers what matters most to customers, communities and the environment.
The ICG's key objectives are to be:
Independent
Customer-focused
Transparent to customers, stakeholders, Ofwat and the company. This includes sharing annual reports and meeting minutes
Balanced in light of the external environment eg. customer needs, environmental challenges and regulations
