Sukhvinder Kaur-Stubbs

Sukhvinder Kaur-Stubbs is an experienced Chair and Non-Executive Director with more than 30 years’ leadership experience across regulated sectors including water, housing, health, infrastructure and regeneration.

She currently serves on the Board of the Regulator of Social Housing, contributing to the development of a more proactive, consumer-focused and data-led regulatory approach.

Sukhvinder also leads risk oversight on the Standards and Regulation Board of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and serves on the Board of the Old Trafford Regeneration MDC, supporting one of the UK’s largest regeneration and infrastructure programmes. 

Her earlier career includes serving as a Non-Executive Director at Severn Trent and senior board roles at the London Legacy Development Corporation, where she chaired the Regeneration Committee during delivery of the East Bank cultural and education district and wider Olympic legacy programme.

She has also chaired NHS Trusts leading complex organisational transformation and the integration of acute and community health services. Sukhinder is recognised for her strategic oversight, constructive challenge and ability to navigate complex operational, political and regulatory environments, particularly in areas relating to infrastructure investment, resilience, sustainability and public trust.
