Pay online

You can pay online using a debit or credit card for some Developer Services applications and quotes:

• New water connection quotes, up to £9,999
• Build over application fees
• Sewer connection application fees

Please have your DS application reference ready. You'll also need the details of the person who made the application, or the person who is on the invoice or quote you're paying.

Pay by card

To make a card payment, call us on 0800 009 3921. Please have your DS application reference ready. 

Our lines are open 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We're closed on bank holidays.

Please note: we do not accept American Express.
