We’re continuing to work on repairs

Last updated.

Our specialist engineers expect to finish repairs later today to the large main which burst in Queens Drive, London N4, last week.

We’ll then be carrying out tests on the main before we can put it back into service.

Early next week we’ll be making a plan to backfill the hole and restore the area surrounding the burst. We’re working with Hackney Council to complete the repair safely and reopen the road as soon as we can.

Supporting flooded customers

We have staff on site this weekend from 9am to 5pm both today & tomorrow to support customers whose homes have been flooded.

We still have a support vehicle in Queens Drive where customers whose homes have been affected by the flood water can go to get advice and assistance from our team. The support vehicle is stationed outside Parkwood Primary School, Queens Drive (junction of Somerfield Road), London, N4 2HQ click here for map

We’ll continue to post updates on this page. Thanks for being so patient while we put this right.

If you need an extra helping hand, find out how our Priority Services can help. We're always here to talk about your needs, whether they are medical, financial or something else.
