The recent cold spell has caused a big increase in the number of calls we’re getting to report leaks and burst pipes.

For the time being, please only ring us if you have no water or low pressure.

It’s quicker to report a leak on our website here.  If you have a leak within your property, you’ll need to contact a plumber – you may want to consult our list of approved plumbers.  

We’ve drafted in more repair teams and are prioritising incidents to make sure we fix the most urgent leaks first. This means it may take us longer than normal to carry out repairs.
