Our specialist teams worked through the night to repair a burst pipe on Mill Lane, OX3, which means most affected customers should now have water flowing from their taps.

As the network returns to normal, pressure levels will continue to build with limited impact to customers.

We will continue to carefully monitor the situation and traffic management will remain in place on the A40. This may cause traffic disruption so please allow additional time for your journey if travelling in the area.

We have opened two bottled water stations in case of any potential disruption to supply. These can be found at:

Oxford Thornhill Park & Ride, London Rd, Headington, Oxford OX3 8DP – This is now Closed and will be open again tomorrow.

Waitrose, 9-11 Old High Street, Headington, OX3 9JT - A pedestrian only station. No vehicle access or parking available for water collection at this site. Please do not attempt to drive to this location - this is now Closed and will be open again tomorrow. Please check back here in the morning for more updates.
