Report a bereavement online
Tell us about a bereavement using our online form, and we'll make sure everything is sorted for you. We'll let you know if any refunds or outstanding balances are due.
It’s really useful if you can have the following information to hand:
- Name, contact details and address of the executor of the estate
- Full name and address of the account holder
- Date of passing for the account holder
