Before you start

Before you submit your build over agreement application, it’s important to prepare everything you need in advance. Your application will be delayed if you don’t provide all the information we need.

Before you apply, please make sure you have:

• A location plan 
• Existing and proposed building and drainage plan
• Sectional drawing showing proposed foundations and sewer(s)

We've created some example drawings to help with your application.

If you’re applying for a disability discount on your application fee, please provide proof of your disability benefit.

If you’re planning to use piling foundations, include a piling method statement.

If you’re planning to use raft foundations, include your structural calculations.
