No water Low pressure

Last updated:

Update 10:00am 28/09/2025

We’re continuing to flush the water network to ensure it meets the highest quality standards. We apologize that this process is taking longer than expected and appreciate your patience as we work to deliver safe, reliable water.

Most customers should now be back in supply through rerouting water through other parts of our network and the use of water tankers. If you still don’t have water, please contact us on 0800 316 9800 so we can help

You may continue to notice lower water pressure at busy times while we carry out this work.

We’ll share another update by 10:00am tomorrow. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we finish putting things right.

Update - 11:00 AM

We have successfully repaired the broken main.

We are now cleaning the network to ensure your water meets the highest quality standards before we put things back to normal.

We will share another update with you shortly once this is done, this will be by 15:00 PM at the latest.

Thank you for your continued support and patience as we work hard to fix this.

We’re very sorry if water wasn’t flowing through your taps as normal.

Post codes affected: NW2, NW3, NW6, NW8 & NW11

This is due to several burst water pipes in the area, caused by an unexpected pressure surge. We’ve controlled the flow from the bursts, and our specialist repair teams are still on site continuing the repairs on the final broken pipes and will be working throughout the night.

In the meantime, we’re using tankers and have rerouted water around the network to restore supply to affected customers. Most properties will now have their water back. Customers in flats and high rise buildings may notice their pressure fluctuate until the repair is completed. All customers may also notice a drop in pressure during period of high demand.

We know how disruptive it is if you lose your water supply, so we’ll work hard to get things back to normal as soon as we can.

If you or someone you know needs a little extra support, our free Priority Services Register can help us to understand your situation so we can take it into account as best we can.

Thank you for your continued support and patience.

Customers should have water flowing through taps as usual but some properties may suffer from low pressure.
