No water Low pressure
Last updated:
Update - 6:10pm
Our teams are still on site cleaning the network to ensure your water meets the highest quality standards before we put things back to normal. We hope to have completed very soon.
Until then, we’re still adding water back into our pipes using tankers, so as many customers as possible can turn on their taps.
In the meantime, you may experience lower water pressure during peak times.
We will have a further update for you by 9:00 PM
Thank you for your support and patience

Update - 11:00 AM
We have successfully repaired the broken main.
We are now cleaning the network to ensure your water meets the highest quality standards before we put things back to normal.
We will share another update with you shortly once this is done, this will be by 15:00 PM at the latest.
Thank you for your continued support and patience as we work hard to fix this.
We’re very sorry if water wasn’t flowing through your taps as normal.
Post codes affected: NW2, NW3, NW6, NW8 & NW11
This is due to several burst water pipes in the area, caused by an unexpected pressure surge. We’ve controlled the flow from the bursts, and our specialist repair teams are still on site continuing the repairs on the final broken pipes and will be working throughout the night.
In the meantime, we’re using tankers and have rerouted water around the network to restore supply to affected customers. Most properties will now have their water back. Customers in flats and high rise buildings may notice their pressure fluctuate until the repair is completed. All customers may also notice a drop in pressure during period of high demand.
We know how disruptive it is if you lose your water supply, so we’ll work hard to get things back to normal as soon as we can.
