SN4, SN5, SN6 & GL7 - Swindon

We’ve now completed repairs to a burst pipe on Braydon Road, SN5, which caused low water pressure or a temporary loss of supply yesterday. We’re really sorry if your taps weren’t running earlier today.

Some customers may still notice no water or low pressure. This can happen because when a water main bursts, air can get into the network. As we stop and restart water flows during repairs, pockets of air may become trapped, which can temporarily restrict supply.

If you're still experiencing issues with your water supply we've opened a bottled water station at: Sainsbury's, Borough Fields Shopping Centre, Swindon SN4 7AX. When you arrive on site, there is no need to get out of your car, we'll place the water into your boot for you. Please only take what water you need.

You may also notice your water looks a little different while things settle. This is normal and should clear quickly. If you need advice after an incident.
