We’re still working to repair a burst pipe at Canonbury Street, N1 which caused flooding to the area on Sunday night. We are very sorry for the impact caused to customers.

We have managed to safely remove vehicles, that were stuck due to the burst main, and our teams are now preparing the site for what is a very large and complex repair. Customers should still have water flowing through the taps.

Sadly, a number of properties were affected by flooding and a specialist team of reps and loss adjusters are on site at Cedar Court on Essex Road and will be very happy to help with any enquiries from customers. To keep the public and our repair teams safe, traffic management is in place while we work throughout the day and night to fix the problem. We expect the significant repairs to completed by the end of this week and apologise for any disruption caused.
