The repair of the burst on Hook Street (outside Lydiard Park) is still ongoing — and is a bit complex due to its location — we’ve been able to safely isolate the damaged section of pipe. This allows our teams to continue the repair work without any further impact on your water supply.

As water levels continue to rise in our network and reservoirs, some customers may still experience low pressure, no water, or air in their pipes. Our engineers remain in the area and are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
