Our engineers are dealing with a burst pipe at Guildford road GU6, as shown in the picture below.

We’re sorry that water isn’t flowing properly at the moment because of this.

We’ve found a solution to fix the pipe that burst, but it’s a tricky process that may take some time. While we complete the repair, we’re using tankers and adjusting the network to bring water in from other areas, so as many customers as possible can turn on their taps again.

We know how inconvenient it is if you lose your water supply, so we’ll work hard to get things back to normal as soon as we can.

Our team will be carrying on with the repair over night, we’ll be back with an update for you by 7amat the latest.
