We’re dealing with a burst pipe at Woodfield Garden, KT3. Sorry that your tap water isn’t flowing properly at the moment because of this.
We’ve found a solution to fix the burst pipe, but it’s a tricky process that may take some time. While we complete the repair, we’re adding water back into our pipes using tankers, so as many customers as possible can turn on their taps again.
We aim to have fixed the burst pipe within 3 hours of starting our repairs. However, if we’re unable to return water to all our customers within 12 hours of first being aware of the supply interruption, we’ll arrange for an alternative as soon as we can. This may include opening a support station to hand out free bottled water.
We know how disruptive it is if you lose your water supply, so we’ll work hard to get things back to normal as soon as we can.
