Our engineers are continuing with the repair to the burst pipe between The Croft and Wichelstowe.

While we complete the repair, we’re using tankers and adjusting the network to bring water in from other areas, so as many customers as possible can turn on their taps again. You may see lower pressure than normal during peak usage times and we apologise for this inconvenience to your morning.

We know how inconvenient it is if you lose your water supply, so we’ll work hard to get things back to normal as soon as we can.

As soon as we’ve confirmed everything’s back to normal, we’ll be back with an update, this will be no later than 11am.
