Who are Thames Water Wholesale?
We’re part of the Thames Water Group. We act as the commercial and customer service link between Thames Water and purchasers of water and/or wastewater wholesale services.
This means we provide water and/or wastewater wholesale services to:
- Retailers
- Business customers
- New Appointments and Variations (NAVs)
- Other wholesalers and other third parties
If you’re a non-household customer, your water and wastewater services are sold to you by your retailer — we provide it to the retailer.
What we do
We operate across London and the Thames Valley. We’re responsible for the abstraction, storage, treatment and distribution of your water services, as well as the collection, treatment and disposal of your wastewater services.
