We’re sorry if your tap water wasn’t flowing properly earlier due to a burst pipe on East Shalford Lane.

We’ve now controlled the flow from the burst, and a specialist repair team is on the way. Once on site, they’ll dig down to the damaged section and decide the best way to fix it. In the meantime, we’ve diverted the water supply around the affected area, so your water service should now be back to normal. You may still notice lower pressure during busy times until the repair is complete.
