No water or low pressure

Our engineers are dealing with a suspected burst pipe in the area. We’re sorry that some customers have low pressure or no water as a result.
If you spot any bursts in the area please contact us via phone, whatsapp or web, this will enable us to get your water running as it should be once again. Once the burst has been identified, our team will work to isolate the main and dig down to the damaged section of the pipework to repair.
We know how disruptive it is if you lose your water supply, so we'll work hard to get things back to normal as soon as we can.
